Our mission is to promote wellness in and around our community and also to connect with and inspire each individual to achieve optimum fitness, balance and wellness. It is our goal to offer our clients with everything they need for health and vitality all under one roof.

A wide selection of yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Alignment Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Meditation classes. Strength & Conditioning classes, such as Bootcamp, Tabata, TRX, Kettlebell, HIIT, LIIT and Functional Training. Spinning, Pilates Mat & Pilates Reformer classes, Barre, Boxing and Self Defense. Personal Training and Massage is also an option.

Our classes are small in size, so we are able to listen, connect and support each student in the room. At Purenergy, our programs are for all fitness levels and all ages. Our focus has always been and will always be on people: offering them the highest quality of service, providing them with a welcoming environment, encouraging their participation, and helping them make fitness a lifestyle.
